Please ensure that all tags remain attached and the protective dust bag is included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your Tocco Toscano items in their original box, ensuring all hardware protectors and interior fillers are in place to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
